Compensation from a disconnect

I’ve just played fut champs. In my 15th game, I scored in the 92nd minute to win it. The game instantly crashed, stated I disconnected from my opponent and it backed me out to the menu. I then clicked back on champs and it didn’t even register the full game that I just played, that game was for my 9th win out of 15. I then replayed my 15th game and lost it. I find this extremely unfair as if your game didn’t crash, I would’ve had my 9th win. I’ve spoke to the support chat but they are unable to assist with compensation as it was an ingame error. This had nothing too do with my connection, I didn’t disconnect from the ea servers nor did i disconnect from party chat, if I did so the game would’ve counted as a loss, but it didn’t, it just didn’t register the full 90 minute fut champs game that I played and won. All I am asking for is compensation in the form of the rewards you would get for 9 wins. I missed out on a max 87 rating reload card because your game crashed and I don’t find that fair.
