EA patch needed to fix server connection issues on cgnat networks

I am using a cgnat network on my 5g modem and keep experiencing a server connection error during a online matches. I can be winning games but then error messages pops written  Ea servers currently unavailable and the match result does not save. I end up receiving a loss and did not complete warning message. The issue is related to how EA servers handle the cgnat users. Console PS5 LOocation Australia
