Connecting to EA servers is not available at this time

Keep getting disconnected from Offline drafts after the game is done. This has happened 4x times now.

Managed to use draft token tool to reimburse after the first time it happened.

Used this token for draft 2 then same as above, disconnected after the game was complete.

Then used 15k coins for another draft same error.

Got a token today as part of EA member bonus - same again. 

I'm now owed 2x tokens and 15k coins.

Has anyone found a fix for this? It's not an issue with my connection as the game plays perfectly fine and only throws the error one the game is finished and the closing animation (players clapping etc) is running post game. 

Token recovery is useless as can only use once every few days.

This game is beyond broken as I'm still missing my icon pack even after being promised it would land 20 /09/25 and then told it would land by today. Customer support has so far been useless for both issues!
