Connecting to online services

For weeks I haven't been able to get past this screen on xbox. It has updated to season 3 during this time but never let me play a game. I've tried all the recommended fixes. And I have left it to connect for an hour.

    Sorry to hear you're having some trouble connecting lately. When you mention you've tried all the fixes, would that be the steps on this page, or were there other steps you've tried already? 

    If this wasn't one of the steps you've already tried, I would definitely power cycle both your Xbox and router, then launch the game again once everything is fully restarted.

    In some cases it may also help to clear the game's reserved space/cache on your system (Manage Game & Add-ons > Saved Data > Reserved Space) and relaunch the game. This may clear some local settings and potentially have you re-download an update, but won't affect your online progression.

    If possible, test using a different network connection (such as a mobile hotspot) to see if there's any other change. If you're still running into this afterwards, please let us know whether you're seeing any errors or popups, or if this just goes back to dashboard.
