2 days agoHey there. Thanks for reaching out. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to UT again. Let me know what happens.

Are you sure you created an empty squad? It's an easy step to miss so I want to make sure.

I did deleted all of my squad create a new one i have restarted my router clear cache rebuild database

According to EA agents theres a problem with some players they are investigating but cmon its beeing a week now with this situation how do you expect us to buy EA products
