Connecting to Ultimate Team is Not Possible – PS5
I am experiencing an ongoing issue accessing Ultimate Team in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation 5.
Whenever I try to enter Ultimate Team, I receive the following error message:
“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.”
After that, I am returned to the main menu.
I have tried all possible troubleshooting steps, including restarting the console and internet connection, changing network and DNS settings, using a mobile hotspot, and reinstalling the game. Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
I am able to access Ultimate Team normally through the EA Web App, which confirms that my account is active and not banned. The problem occurs only on my PS5, which suggests that this may be a stuck Ultimate Team session or a server-side issue that cannot be resolved from my end.
This situation is very frustrating, especially as this is one of the best and most enjoyable periods in Ultimate Team, and I am unable to play.
