They are nothing but incompetent money grabbers who don't have a solution. I'm experiencing the same issue on my PC version, even prior to the full release. I've raised multiple tickets, but the advisors seem clueless and keep closing my tickets, stating that no fix is available.

I am unable to even refund it since I bought it from Steam, and they only refund if the playtime is less than 2 hours. The game was working fine for me till 22nd Sept, so of course I will play more than 2 hours, what even is this logic? EA advisors say they cannot do anything for the refund either. They are just human bots
