I am unable to even refund it since I bought it from Steam, and they only refund if the playtime is less than 2 hours. The game was working fine for me till 22nd Sept, so of course I will play more than 2 hours, what even is this logic?  EA advisors say they cannot do anything for the refund either. They are just human bots
