Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.

Since ive downloaded the game i couldnt log in at all into ultimate team , ive tried changing the dns servers and all and it still couldnt be connected.  You will be returned to Main Menu, Malaysia Pc

    Welcome to the club. Some of us have this problem since day 1 and noone's listening. You can just hope for a miracle that it solves by itself somehow, because they don't have the solution for the problem. Trying to solve it for 3 weeks and nothing works.

  • I was kicked from ultimate team after losing a game last night and I have since been unable to get back on. All my friends were still able to get onto the ultimate team servers. One even logged out and got back in no problem. I thought I would leave it overnight as maybe something was wrong with my connection on my internets side but have once again been unable to load up this morning. Everytime I load up it doesn’t even act like it’s trying to load me in.  Just gets to the where I can see the promo team and then says “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu”. I’ve tried uninstalling then re installing, I’ve cleared all the game cache. I’ve reset my internet and Xbox and still nothing is happening. It’s been like this for nearly 18 hours now.

    I’ve been unable to access Ultimate Team in EA FC 26 for more than 26 hours now.  
    Every time I try to enter FUT, I get this message:

    “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”

    My internet connection is perfectly stable, and I can play other modes (Kick Off, Clubs) without any issues.  
    The problem started after the game crashed several times during online matches — the crashes were not caused by my connection or quitting the game.

    I already submitted two support requests through EA Help, but they don’t appear in “My Cases.”  
    I also reached out via Twitter and Discord but haven’t received an answer yet.

    It’s been more than a full day — this looks like a stuck restriction or a system flag that didn’t reset.  
    Could someone from the EA team please check my account status or escalate this case?
