Ultimate Team
Since Sunday, I have been trying to play Ultimate Team on FC25. The menus to log in are very slow and often get stuck for a couple of minutes before showing the error “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible.” After closing and reopening the game, it usually lets me in on the third attempt, but I can’t load into any matches. When selecting objectives or going to the store, the menus are slow and most of the time send me back to the main menu. The same issue also happens with EAFC 26 and FIFA 23. Additionally, while I was able to play Squad Battles and Rush, after every match the game froze on the loading screen.
- Launch FC25 on PS5.
- Connect via LAN cable → menus are slow, error “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible” appears.
- Retry 2–3 times → eventually log in, but can’t load matches.
- Attempt to load objectives/store → slow response, usually returns to main menu.
- Play Squad Battles/Rush → after match, game stuck on loading screen.
- Same issue occurs in EAFC 26 and FIFA 23.
- Troubleshooting already attempted:
- Reset modem/router.
- Switched between LAN cable and Wi-Fi.
- Deleted and re-installed the game.
- Changed DNS settings.
- Tested other EA FC titles (same issue).
- Tested non-EA online games (these worked fine)
