Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible in Arizona, Texas, and Mexico

Cant connect Ultimate team servers. I got “connecting ultimate team is not possible at the moment” message.

After trying many times, if I'm lucky, when the UT menu opens, I get the same message again after a long waiting screen. I've been having the same problem on my PS5 for about a week, FC25, and now FC26.

    We've been looking into these connection issues affecting the south-western region of the US and northern region of Mexico.

    This seems to only impact users with a specific internet service provider.

    If you are a Cox, Spectrum, Optimum, or Uninet customer experiencing this issue, please reach out to your ISP directly.

    same.  was on earlier today and could play for 10 min, then get booted.  then back in for 10, booted.  Now, i can't get in at all.  I am in texas so not sure if it is the server for my area?

    I am in Dallas.  I bet it has something to do with our server

    Same issue, "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu". It allows me to stay in UT for 30-60 seconds and then kicks me back to the main menu. Located in Phoenix AZ for reference.

    Yes, same here. I was having the same issue on FC 25, but only recently. Tried the trial and get this error after waiting forever on loading screens. The real kick in the nuts is seeing the trial timer counting down like I'm actually playing  😆
