EA FC 26 scammers

Firstly, i have problem with game menus always kicks me out of the ultimate team also delay and so slow, problem when i enter the match the ads every thing in this game feels cheap from the menus to the game to the connection to the match making  awful. I paid 99$ for the game, fifa point 50$ the total 149$ for this scam.
Secondly, I play with hackers everyday you guys cant do anything about it ???? I lost my draft i lost important games FUT , Rivals why! It dose not happen one time just today i played with 2 hackers come on!!! Matchmaking is awful always cant find a match it took to much time to find a single game and we are at the beginning of release of the game.  The experience on PC is the worst thing you can ever feel on all platforms.  A large company like you with all the money and the people working there makes it even painful.
