Connecting to Ultimate Team not possible

I know of the south western us issue.  I am in Florida and I have had no connection issues until today.  Today I was in the middle of a squad battle game and got a message saying the the EA FC Ultimate Team server was not able to proces my request and my game crashed.  Since then, I have been getting this error when ever trying to join ultimate team.  I am still able to connect to the web app and Madden Ultimate team works.  Any thoughts?

  • I have no idea if it is coincidence or something in these steps fixed it.  I had to travel so figured I would just wait until I got back to see if the issue was resolved.  It was not and I was getting the same errors as before.  Also, for these steps I am on PC using EA App.

    1  I used Help -> App Recovery to clear my app cache.

    2  I logged out of the ea app

    3  I logged into my ea account via a browser, not the app.

    4  I changed my username (not sure if this is necessary but I was trying to do any action to force an update on my account record)

    5  I added a phone number for multi authenticationm

    6 I cleared out all trusted devices.

    7  I logged back into the ea app and used my phone for mfa

    8  It showed my new user name and ultime team worked on my next login.  Hope that helps someone.

    I have the same issue. I played Champions without any problem then i cannot conect to the servers since monday.

    Really frustrating.  It seems I was wrong about Madden Ultimate team, it is now not working as well.

    I'm in california, but I can't get into Ultimate team either. It's says something about not being able to retrieve my data from the servers.
