Connecting to Ultimate Team

I purchased the game for Early Access and haven't been able to connect to Ultimate Team for days. When I search the problem on the internet so many people are having the same problem. Because of this we are behind other players who is able to enjoy the game. I think all of the players who has this problem deserves some compensation as player packs or something like that. That's not fair to people who paid for the service and can't even get what we paid for and fix the connection problem for players in Arizona and Texas.
