Connection is not possible

I am writing to formally complain about an ongoing issue that has prevented me from accessing Ultimate Team for the past two days.
Since this problem started, I have been completely unable to enter Ultimate Team, which means I could not play FUT Champions, Division Rivals, or complete any of the active objectives and time-limited challenges. As you know, FUT Champions and many objectives are strictly time-based, and missing them puts players at a serious disadvantage.
I have already tried all basic troubleshooting steps (restarting the game, restarting my console, checking my internet connection), and the issue still persists. This clearly indicates a server-side problem, not an issue on my end.
It is extremely frustrating to lose two full days of gameplay in a mode that I paid for, especially during an active period with multiple objectives and competitions.
I expect:
A clear explanation of why this issue is happening
Immediate restoration of access to Ultimate Team
Fair compensation for the missed FUT Champions matches and objectives
Please do not respond with generic troubleshooting advice, as this issue has already been ongoing for two days without any resolution.
