Dear EA Sports Support,
I am writing to report an issue during the new RTTF Live Event in EA FC 26. I was disconnected from three matches, and each was counted as a loss.
Because of this, I ran out of attempts and could not qualify for the RTTF Cup tournaments. These disconnections were due to connection errors, not normal gameplay.
I would appreciate it if you could review my case and provide a solution.

its pretty insane that we'r talking about one of the biggest gaming companies there is. EA is one of the big ones and the sadest part in all of this is that they make SO INSANE amount of money from just FC games alone. the amount of people spending THOUSANDS on FC points to buy packs are disturbing, but their money i guess. anyways, one should think that they atleast put that money to good use, to good servers, to good costumer support etc. but no.. they dont care about us at all. they make F.K ton of money EACH GOD **bleep** YEAR, because we keep buying this overpriced game. what an INSANE business model they have built... sitting their laughing while whiping their **bleep** with toiletpaper made of pure gold.
and come autumn we will buy the new FC and they will just keep on getting filthy rich while we will have the same problems.
EA are DISGUSTING
