Connection Issue During RTTF Live Event Matches

Dear EA Sports Support,

I am writing to report an issue during the new RTTF Live Event in EA FC 26. I was disconnected from three matches, and each was counted as a loss.

Because of this, I ran out of attempts and could not qualify for the RTTF Cup tournaments. These disconnections were due to connection errors, not normal gameplay.

I would appreciate it if you could review my case and provide a solution.
