connection issue ruining my experience, how to reach customer support

I keep getting disconnected in EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team. 5 Division Rivals matches since 2 days ended with “Your match result is currently under review” and none counted — I was winning most of them. I’m on EA Play Pro (PC). Please help, this is ruining my experience.

  • I figured out the fix:

    1. close the game and EA App
    2. go to appdata directory (type %appdata% in explorer) or c\users\<username>\appdata\local
    3. delete the entire "EA SPORTS FC 26"
    4. launch EA App
    5. run Game 
    6. NB: it will reset you graphic settings so for users with low end machines (set the graphics to low, and choose 60Hz refresh rate)
    7. last tip, classic and the default camera are more reliable, the rest (coop, ea, etc are more prone to crashes)
