Match Result Under Review Issue on PC (FC Ultimate Team)

Hello EA Support Team,

I’m writing to report a recurring issue I’ve been facing in FIFA Ultimate Team on PC. This is now the 9th time it has happened.

During online matches (Division Rivals / FUT), I was clearly winning — for example, in my last game I was leading 2–0 — but suddenly I was disconnected, and the game showed the message:

“Your match result is currently under review. You will be returned to UT Home.”

After that, I didn’t receive any win, loss, or coins. It’s like the match never existed.

I’ve already tested my internet connection (stable, low ping, no packet loss), and this problem keeps repeating. I’m not using any mods, cheats, or overlays.

Please check my account and match history to see what’s causing this issue. I’ve attached a screenshot of the message for reference.
