Connection issue

I’ve been having issues with this game for months now. On eafc 25, the game would randomly crash while playing offline, my entire screen would go black and I’d have to unplug and replug the console to fix it, this would happen repeatedly. This problem has now carried over to eafc 26. I am currently trying to play fut champs and I have been black screened once and kicked out of games twice due to the servers, meaning 3/8 of my games have disconnected. This isn’t even my main issue with this game though. I can’t even play this game during peak hours as I get stuck in loading screens and can’t even connect to ultimate team, it has been like this since the game came out, almost a month ago. I have been on the live chat several times and the best thing I’ve been told is that you have identified an error and that I should keep up to date with the direct communication page on twitter. I paid $125 for this game and right now I am constantly disconnecting and I can only play it from 9am-4pm.
