Community ManagerHi there. First, I would recommend going back to a wired connection. It should be a lot more stable than wireless. Also, power cycle your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off

Power it all up and try playing again
