Connection problems.

Good morning,

I would like to know how to solve the problem that has been affecting me for hours. I start the game, I can play the entire game, and when it ends, the following message appears: "EA servers are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later," and it disconnects me from Ultimate Team, which led to a 15-minute ban for disconnection. I would like to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you can help, I would be very grateful.
