Connection Problems

Since 3 days I am trying to connect to Ultimate team but it doesnt work. I tried everything else like restart my router or my playstation. Still doesnt run. Please fix it.

Hi there. Let's make sure you do a proper power cycle. Please follow these steps:

  1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
  2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
  3. Power it all up and try playing again

      As a test, can you switch to a mobile hotspot and let me know if that lets you connect?

        Over 3 days of experiencing this issue now, coming any closer to finding a solution?

        It’s be nice to be able to play the game i payed for
