Connection Problems
Since 3 days I am trying to connect to Ultimate team but it doesnt work. I tried everything else like restart my router or my playstation. Still doesnt run. Please fix it.

I've also had this issue for the past 3 days half of the time. I cannot get into UT and get server connection errors. Then 6 hours later it may work. I've reset the router, gone from wired to wireless and back, and hard reset the PS5. I have no issue connecting to EA Servers for Ultimate Team in NCAA Football 26 and FC25 - only FC26 is giving me problems.

Community ManagerHey there. Are you saying you're randomly getting this error? Are you also able to connect over a mobile hotspot?
This is quite a widespread issue happening to a lot of users. It can not be fixed at our end, the issue is with the servers.
Sometimes it connects, sometimes not.
There is no problems with the internet, ps5 is connected to the network, even other EA games work, but FC26 will not connect to the servers. It’s really quite frustrating especially if you don’t have a big window each week in which to play the game.
I hope that EA is working on solving the issue and not just telling users to reset their modem.
