Constant clicking sounds ps5

Sorry to hear that you are having issues Louis1210​.

Would you have a video that shows the issue as you hear it, I'm in-game atm and not hearing anything so the more info that you can share with us the better.

I have attached a video of the constant clicking. I took a break from this game as it really effects me. I came back and its still not fixed. I feel so gutted ive paid for a game that I cant play because I have misophonia.  This is the only game to ever trigger this. I cant stand constant pen clicking, every day sounds that is constant.  Please im begging you to fix this or let me have a refund. No one should buy a game where it effects their medical conditions.  I just want to play football and I cant 

wow this is something that has been in the game for two years now and it’s still not been resolved the question needs to be asked if the clicking is linked with sliders..

Best thing to do Louis1210​ is to go into your sound settings both in-game and on your system and disable anything like archetype perk activation sound.

It's still clicking. Whats weird is its only in online game modes on the ps5. The only way to disable it is by turning my tv volume off.  Ive turned off game audio and it still comes through.  Honestly its the worst thing in a game ever. I own so many ps5 games and its only fc26 that has this clicking. Can you send it to the developers to fix the issue? Or can someone from ea offer a form of compensation as I cant fully play the game which is ridiculous.

If you hear it when game audio is off Louis1210​ then this sounds now like a system issue than game one.

That we are not seeing reports of this on a wider scale would support this. 

Have you tried on a different console to see if the issue continues? 

Know it's a lot to do but worth it if you can.

The clicking sound is the exact same sound as the menu sounds when you toggle different settings in the fc26 game menu. No I dont have another ps5 to try it on but I wouldnt because other users are reporting the same issue as me. Its not a ps5 issue as it only happens with fc26 and the sound it makes is the exact sound thats replicated in your menu section when you toggle through the setting.

Im not the only one reporting this bug. Its all over the Internet. I dont work for ea and im more aware of this bug than you

I always thought ea cares about its customers and would do anything possible to make their experience with these games better.  Instead it sounds like if not enough people report the issue im getting told to fu and thank you for giving us money for a gsme I cant play. 

Hey Louis1210​ understand the frustration but getting rude or dismissive won't help. What you have linked a a couple of similar issues that may or may not be the same as yours. In those you link they mention that the sound causes the game to lag which does not seem to be something you see as you've made no mention of it. 

Just because someone issues sound similar does not make this the case. And the thing is, before we can escalate something to the FC team we need to gather certain information and a single report of an issue like this generally points to something system side rather than game. That you still have it when you mute all in-game sounds would point towards system rather than game. 

 An issue affecting a handful of people out of millions of FC players is one that we need to close off any and all other causes. Our team fully investigates reports of issues like this but from what you've posted the sound is not coming from the game as once all sound is muted nothing will output. 

I'm not trying to brush you off, just setting the expectation that almost any time we see an issue like this that only affects a handful of people it's generally been found to be an issue outside of the game.

When I say mute all in game sounds i mean turning the tv volume down. All i know is the issue only appears in rush, online draft, fut champs and rivals.  Surely if it was a system issue it would effect every mode as the ps5 won't know the difference between the modes. Its only while playing online. Again the same sounds as being in the menu of fc and adjusting sliders or changing the settings.  Why is it only fc26 thats effected? 

I apologise for any frustration but when you buy a game everyone should be able to play it. It wasnt in the beta which i played. Its only in the full game. There is 100% a bug in your game thats causing this annoying clicking in online game modes. Do I need to provide more proof? I can upload it from the PlayStation to youtube so you can see it in its original format.
