Yeah, ea can’t fix a problem going on for 3 months, it something to do with sky broadband but ea don’t want to take the blame for it, it’s unplayable

That’s exactly why I don’t think it’s an ISP issue in my case.
I tested another PlayStation account with a different EA account on the exact same PS5 and same internet connection, and everything worked perfectly there with zero disconnects.
The problem only happens on my personal EA account, which is why support already logged it for investigation as an account-specific issue.
