Content missing: Foundations Pick, Griddy Celebration, EA welcome pack !

 Content missing, I am missing the foundations pick, I got one from objective but didnt got second one immediately for log in to the game (as others got it), I am also missing the Griddy celebration that I got via EA FC 25 Pre season OBJ (That came with Ronaldinho in FC 25). No EA welcome pack too (3 loans and some...)
