Controller disconnects during online matches in EA SPORTS FC 26 (PC)

Hello, I have a problem with my controller disconnecting during online matches in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC.
The controller works fine in offline modes and with other games, but only disconnects in online gameplay.
I already tried reconnecting, restarting, updating drivers, and checking the USB cable/battery, but the problem is still there.
Can you please help me fix this issue?

I have this same issue I can play sb and rush but rivals I can’t move my players at all

I have the same problem, I cannot move the player at all in any online matches but the controller does not disconnect. I can press pause on it and everything. Also, can play offline matches/vs AI normally
