Controller doesnt work online

My PS5 controller works perfectly fine offline, but online in modes like Rivals it just doesn’t respond at all. Playing FC26 on my Computer via steam. Any solution? or refund? EA will never change LMAO

i cant even play the game bcs black screen and lagging. btw 50% cpu usage...
