CONTROLLER ISSUE

Hi, I have a problem with my controller. I own the PC version and I can hardly play at all. The controller is connected, I can use it in the menus, but I cannot use it in the actual game, which causes my matches to be counted as forfeits. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? Who will reset or compensate my potential “match quit ratio,” since this is not my fault but a serious issue with the game? I’m using an Xbox One controller. I’ve already tried running the game in windowed mode, 60/90fps, etc., but nothing helps.
