controller messes up on pc

so i start a game and its fine but when i am in the game the controller is really laggy and i have tried everything but it wont fix it .... it happens to other people as well the game is unplayable because of it .,.. is there any fix or you know how to stop it this is what it does...

so which ever way i move it only does it about 10/15 seconds after and if i click a button its the same i gone from div 6 to div 8 with it as it is really unplayable 

btw i am on pc
