Controller No longer Available once Joining Games (PC)

This has happened Several times now and it's kind of annoying as I have to complete exit the game and go back in.

Basically, Some games will no longer be able to control my team with a controller and only KB+M is available. I've gone 4 games fine, then BAM, I can't use it.

However, I can navigate the menus fine, even all the buttons show on options for controller too.

I'm using an Xbox Controller, some people said to Press B before entering the game etc. but nope.

Just seemingly randomly, can no longer use in game.

Maybe I gotta get good at KB+M? :)

Anyone have an ideas how to resolve this? and quick tips?
