Controller Not Working In Online Matches

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a serious issue with FC 26 on my system. My controller is not working properly in the game, and any graphics or gameplay settings I change automatically revert to default. Despite trying multiple solutions such as reinstalling the game and resetting settings, the problem persists.

Here are my system specifications:

CPU: Intel i7 4th Generation

GPU: GTX 1060 3GB

RAM: 12GB

Storage: 500GB HDD + 120GB SSD

Operating System: Windows 10

Steps I have already tried:

Reinstalled the game multiple times

Reset graphics and controller settings

Checked controller connection

The issue is affecting my gameplay significantly. Please guide me on how to fix this issue or provide a solution as soon as possible.
