Controller won't work in online matchs but will work perfectly offline and in menus? blocked 3rd partys apps like ds4 but cant get your game to work not good

Same since the beginning.
Having the game 1 week earlier was a waste of money.
Cant count how many games lost due to the controller disconecting mid game
They made an update but solved nothing
I have same problem , I have to play 30fps for the game to work , I can’t use my controller if I play higher fps in online and offline matches
