Cornerstones Tournament: Finale BUG!

Just won the Cornerstones Tournament Finale (Opponent quit when 3-0 down) and didn't get the final 2 objectives (win semi + win tournament). Also can't enter the tournament again although I have 2 entries left. Anyone else experience this?

EA FC 26 is riddled with Bugs!
