Please EA fix Half Time Freezing !!!

For 3 weeks I have been encountering this error, at halftime in division rivals or at press conferences in career mode sometimes even in the Ultimate Team menu. The game freezes completely stand in 3-5 fps making it unplayable.
I used all the advice on the internet, I even went to the chat gpt or grok, I did hundreds of times settings in 3D panel from Nvidia or all the settings in the game on low but absolutely useless. Even recently I even reinstalled windows but the error persists indefinitely any change I make goes 2-3 matches then crash completely ....

I play from an ASUS TUF F15 FX50506HE Gaming Laptop with  i5-11400H , 144 Hz, 16GB, 512GB SSD, NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti , so i think the laptop is not the real problem and neither the settings i tried to use.

    I have the same issue. I did everything I could, I even reset all my pc and the game does not work. It has been more than 1 week that EA does not fix this bug…

    i think only a future big update can solve … this game is dead

    Please EA just fix Laptops Freezing at Half time is so unplayable how i can have 6-0 and loose 6-7 beaucase i need to play 3-5 fps after the half time it’s a shame this game …
