Couldn't Control Any of My Players Except One

I recently faced an issue in a Champions match where I could control only one of my players. I wasn't able to even change players as it showed the other players were controlled by some other controllers and wasn't even moving. So, I had to forfeit and take the loss.
It is really frustrating to not get any fixes for the old issues, rather getting new ones every day. And the lack of proper support for reporting these issues baffles me.
