crash in match please help me
Hi,
I’m experiencing constant crashes in EA FC 26 on PC:
- The game crashes a few minutes after entering a match (not only on corners, it can happen anytime).
- No error message appears, the game just closes.
- In Event Viewer, the error is:
Faulting application: eaanticheat.gameservice.exe
Faulting module: ntdll.dll
Exception code: 0xc0000374
ExitType: 95 (267)
I’ve already tried:
- Reinstalling EA AntiCheat and the game
- Full Control on both the AntiCheat and game folders
- Running Steam and EA App as Administrator
- Disabling all overlays (Discord, Steam, GeForce, MSI Afterburner)
- Checking and repairing system files (SFC / DISM)
- Running the game on DX11 with low graphics settings
My PC specs:
- Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (latest version)
- Intel i5-7500, 8GB RAM, NVIDIA GTX 1050ti
- FC26 and Steam installed on SSD
The issue persists and is very frustrating, I cannot complete any match.
I would like to know if there’s any solution or planned patch for this EA AntiCheat crash.
