Crashing PC

I’ve subscribed For EA play pro to get access to one game,FC26 ,unfortunately, the game constantly crashes within 50 seconds of any match ,either online or offline,I’ve tried literally everything ,cleared Cashes of both EA app and The game,uninstalled and reinstalled the game,diabled core isolation, updated every single driver,lowered graphic settings and resolution, the game is unplayable,so upsetting,I haven’t made any use of this subscribtion at all,if there is any fix to this issue,or tell me how I get a refund of this subscribtion ,so disappointing.
