Critical gameplay stuttering and slow-motion bug in FC 26 matches (RTX 4060 Ti)

I am writing to report a critical performance issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 (PC platform) that completely ruins the gameplay experience.
Description of the Issue: When launching the game, the menus and cinematic cutscenes run perfectly fine and smoothly. However, the moment I enter an actual match and kick off, the gameplay instantly drops into a severe "slow-motion" state. The players move as if they are walking on the moon, and there is massive input delay. Strangely, whenever I press the pause button to bring up the menu, the background animation immediately returns to normal, but resuming the match brings back the heavy lag and slow-motion execution.

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti
OS: Windows 11 / Windows 10
Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken: To isolate the issue, I have already tried the following standard workarounds suggested by the community, but NONE of them resolved the issue:
Changed display mode to Windowed Borderless and turned off in-game V-Sync.
Capped frame rates at various levels (90 FPS / 120 FPS / 144 FPS) via NVIDIA Control Panel.
Lowered in-game graphics settings, including setting Cloth Quality to Low and disabling Strand-based Hair.
Cleanly reinstalled the graphic drivers using DDU and reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat.
During the match, my GPU and power supply fan operate at full load (audible noise), indicating the hardware is pushing full performance, yet the Frostbite engine fails to deliver normal gameplay speed. This is clearly a severe optimization defect or a synchronization conflict between the game engine, Anti-Cheat, and PC hardware.
As a loyal player, I request your technical team to properly look into this compatibility issue with the RTX 40 series graphics cards and release a stability patch as soon as possible.
