daemon tools issue

whenever i launch the game theres an issue saying i have an issue with daemon tools, i screenshotted the error message as image.jpeg, ive tried to delete every atom of daemon tools left except i cant figure out how to delete the files in image.png because its "running in another program" which is maybe because i ran fc26 before trying to delete it idk can anyone help me
