Delay ang lags on PC

Hi, I'm having a major problem with FC26. I played FC24 and FC25 and everything was great, but in FC26 I'm having major performance issues. The main problem is that sometimes before a match or during breaks, there's a huge lag, and then I have to play with poor graphics at a maximum of 15 frames per second until I restart my computer! I don't know what to do. I've tried optimizing my computer, but it's impossible. It seems the game itself has some kind of bug. I've also checked if my computer is powerful enough to play it, but it seems to be fine. What can I do with that.
