Delay in rivals/tournaments

Everything was fine since September, the servers weren't lagging, and the connection was stable, but yesterday, I started experiencing issues. Whenever I try to log in to rivals, everything becomes terrible, with incredibly high latency making it impossible to play. However, everything is fine in rush and mycareer. What should I do, EA?
