delay while playing online

My Current Problem is that I am still experiencing a massive input lag of around 5 seconds that makes my game completely unplayable. Nothing has changed and it is a total blackout, but only in online...

The game is completely unplayable. Now even menus go in slow motion and pack openings are awful
