DIDNT GET ICON PACK AND PC CONTROLLER IS NOT WORKING WHILE PLAYING RIVALS!!

Question

I already bought the FC 26 pre-order but didn’t get the Icon Pack, and my SP points are stuck at 2K / 2K.

The PC controller is also not working while playing Early Access Tournament and Rivals.

So what’s the point of buying the pre-order if it’s like this?
I already spent money on the pre-order but I’m not getting any benefits! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!

if you bought the game after the 26th august you dont get the icon pack and the point of buying the pre-order is you get the game 7 days before full release for other people and if you controller dont work try to use windows dx4 if you are using ps4 controller&nbsp;

I use a PS4 controller in FC 25 and it works fine without DX4, so do you mean that in FC 26 I have to use DX4 if I want to play with a PS4 controller?
