Didn't receive my rivals rewards

I saw rivals rewards where 5 minutes away from resetting. So i jumped into a game to go up a division and won that game. However I when I went back to the menu, I had no rewards at all. I still have nothing after quitting the game and starting it back up. Any suggestions? Or is this a EA sucks moment?
