Community ManagerHey AliiAlman connection issues are not as simple as A and B so to speak, just because someone on the same network can play doesn't rule our ISP or network.
Best thing to do is take a look here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/problems-connecting-online/
If the issue remains it is worth speaking with your ISP.
