Hey there. Disconnecting frequently is surely really frustrating. I'll try to help figure out why this keeps happening. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. Thanks!
i cant show bc it wont let me play a full 90 without it not working

Hello. It should still show the report even if you don't finish matches. Are you sure you're logged into the same account you play on? You need to log in with the same email address that is listed in the online settings in the in-game menu.

But this is not about his connections, there’s plenty of reports about the same issue since the last update, but nothing has been done, I can tell you the problem is with EA not individuals.
