Community ManagerHello. It should still show the report even if you don't finish matches. Are you sure you're logged into the same account you play on? You need to log in with the same email address that is listed in the online settings in the in-game menu.
But this is not about his connections, there’s plenty of reports about the same issue since the last update, but nothing has been done, I can tell you the problem is with EA not individuals.

This is a hilarious response. ‘No current issues’ despite hundreds of uk customers not being able to stay connected for more than ten mins at a time because your patch messed up sky users access to the game.
