Community ManagerHi there. It looks like your internet is the issue. I understand the score says it's good, but that much packet loss is going to cause issues. I recommend contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. Also, you could try the troubleshooting steps listed here.
I have tried to change my DNS already, and on my ISP's app for Starlink the connection looks perfect there are no issues on starlink's end to even solve. The only point along the chain where there is an issue is playing EA FC 26. I have already gone to your troubleshooting page and tried all of the fixes you cite so please what am I meant to do at this point?
Community ManagerThe test you ran shows the issue is with your connection. Do you have any way of switching your connection to something else to see if there's a difference?
Also, the connection score page says my packet loss score is great? So how can that be a clear issue? I don't understand because for the first month and a half of the game I was able to play hundreds of games with zero disconnection issues but now I can't even play one squad battle without disconnecting.
Community ManagerThis could be due to an issue with your ISP. It could also be related to the traffic on your network or issues with the equipment. Have any new devices been added to your network? Are there any changes to how much data is being used?
No there are no changes. No new devices and no changes to data consumption. I can try to use my hotspot to see if that works but that doesn't fix anything because on my internet's side everything is working perfectly. The ping success in the last 15 minutes is 100.00% meaning there are ZERO issues with my internet in this 15 minute time period. If the internet was cutting out it would 1) show up on the starlink app, 2) would affect everything I do not just playing FC26, and 3) I would actually lose internet connection but I don't, I just get booted from the game simple as that.
